This concept is of a mighty but young empress in a dystopian or future society. Not necessarily good or evil, but the entire image conveys power. The gown is critical to get right as it means communicating the height of our character's station. The dress is long and flowing, obviously impractical. Inspired by French nobility. Heavy, rich material. No corset but instead a thick, oversized belt. Plenty of texture. This gown is beautiful, but it is not sexy. No emphasized cleavage, nothing revealing. It is meant to be as intimidating as it is impressive. It should also look comfortable as if it is something that this great empress practically lives in; even though it is impractical for anything other than spectacle, it also has to be something impressive but feels comfortable wearing at all times. For this reason, if we can see her feet, she would not be wearing some sort of high heel but rather a comfortable urban boot, elegant but functional.
This would be shot in a studio and composited to look like it is some sort of future grand hall or similar.
